We are a small family of three currently living in New Waterford and are looking for a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment or house in the surrounding area.

Rental Term: June 30 – December 30, 2025
‍‍ Who We Are: Two quiet, responsible adults and a school-aged child
Preferred Area: New Waterford or nearby communities (we'd like to stay close to our child's current school)
Requirements:

Fully furnished

Private kitchen and bathroom

Parking space preferred

A one-bedroom might be considered if the space is large enough. We are tidy, respectful tenants and can provide references if needed.
