One owner (retired couple), lightly used, Travel Trailer in excellent condition. This is an awesome couples' trailer and It's a pre-Covid Build which is a plus. Too many standard and optional features to list, but you will find a copy of the relevant brochure page in the attached photos though I would like to point out it's built on an aluminum frame and has Azdel sidewall panels (which you will typically find on higher end units such as Lance).

In addition to what's noted on the brochure page, the unit has: dual standard batteries; battery cutoff switch; dual propane tanks; high end Douglas Queen Mattress (not RV size). There is also a professionally installed 2” receiver below the rear bumper (for bike rack, not wired) as well as a Fan-Tastic Fan installed in the bedroom with remote and rain sensing close. All (4) tires have been upgraded to Goodyear Endurance ST205/75R14s which have an estimated 5K – 7K kms on them. Equalizer Anti-Sway Hitch also included.

Why are we selling? Well, we bought a Diesel Class B plus in the fall and are looking to be a bit more mobile and doing some touring.
