Part-Time | As-Needed Basis | Flexible Hours

We're looking for a reliable and resourceful individual in Sault Ste. Marie to be our on-call boots on the ground support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys flexible, independent work and is comfortable handling quick tasks when needed.

What You'll Do:
Visit properties or locations on our behalf to inspect, deliver, or document (photos/videos).

Coordinate with our remote team to complete simple tasks in person.

Run errands, meet contractors or tenants, or handle light admin work when required.

✅ You Are:
Dependable and responsive (we may contact you on short notice).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Comfortable using your smartphone for photos, communication, and basic reports.

Have access to a car and a valid driver's license.

Requirements:
Must be located in Sault Ste. Marie.

Able to respond and act quickly when tasks arise (flexible schedule).

Previous experience in property management, fieldwork, or admin is a plus, but not required.
