Position: Crew Member
Wage: Up to $30/hour (based on experience)

Preferred Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
Tools: Basic tool pouch

Experience: 2 years in trades

Communication: Effective verbal/written skills

Licensing: Class 5 Driver's License

Vehicle & PPE: Reliable transportation hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, eye protection

Safety Certs: Fall Arrest, WHMIS, Aerial Platform, First Aid

Knowledge: Manitoba Health & Safety regulations

Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 75 lbs
