This camper has no leaks, brand new roof vent, upgraded upholstery and flooring, new tires and solid axle, and easy to tow. We purchased this camper without working plumbing and gas lines. The heater had been removed before we bought it, and we decided to cover the entire countertop and stove for more space. The fridge is an inserted electric mini fridge, which works perfectly.

This camper would be great for a first time camper if you don't want to be tenting, to get off the ground. Or convert into an ice fishing shack. We bought it for these reasons but plans change.
