I'm looking for a spacious room in the South or South-West areas of Winnipeg. I work near IKEA, so I'm considering locations between Pembina and Portage. My current lease ends on May 30, and I would like to move into the new place on that day.

I'm moving because my current neighborhood is very unsafe — I've been robbed twice in the past year. Also, the neighbors are extremely noisy.

I am a quiet single man with no bad habits. I usually wake up around 5 AM and go to bed at 9 PM, so evening quiet is very important to me. I'm looking for a place where neighbors do not cook late in the evening or have long loud phone conversations at night. Parking is also necessary for me.
