Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and adaptable General Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their daily work and is skilled in using power tools. The successful candidate will support a wide range of tasks across construction, maintenance, and general operations, often switching responsibilities based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform various manual labor tasks including construction, demolition, assembly, landscaping, and clean-up.

Operate and maintain power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and sanders safely and effectively.

Assist skilled tradespeople as needed (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers).

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Adapt quickly to new tasks and work environments on a daily basis.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
Experience using a variety of power tools (required).

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and willingness to take on diverse tasks.

Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 50 lbs and perform labor-intensive duties.

Valid driver's license (preferred).

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of construction and/or landscaping.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Some weekend or overtime work may be required based on project demands
