The suite is the upper level over our shop with its own separate entry and your access is the first on our property so you don't have to go past our house or shop, it is secure and private. Our shop operates 7:00am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri, with never any overtime and never weekends. It is very important that your schedule works well with this so you can enjoy the peace and quiet during off hours. The suite has a nice open feeling, very bright, with fridge, stove, washer and drier. There is 500 sq ft on the main floor and up the spiral stair about 250 sq ft in the sleeping "loft" area.
This is not a basic white drywall box for rent. This is an amazing suite in an amazing location. We keep our rent low and are selective about our tenants here, they have to love and respect the place too. All our previous tenants have been long term. We are looking for someone who loves the forest, peace and quiet that doesn't smoke, no pets, has regular working/school hours and a vehicle are a must out here.
