Fir T&G wood floor 3 7/8” x 3/4”. Will sell for $5 per square foot, total amount is 600 square feet. Very long lengths, unfinished but it is fairly smooth and will only need a light sanding. I paid $7.50 per foot but am willing to sell it at a significant discount, since we are using a different material. Pick up in Grand Bend.
