We are hiring seasonal crew members for the 2025 season (May to October).

Positions available:

Deck crew (sailing, maintenance, bosun, mechanic, captain)

Bar staff

Kitchen crew

In addition to these core roles, we are also looking for artistic profiles:
photography, graphic design, social media, content creation, and DJs

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills and good spoken English

Comfortable with physical work (especially for deck positions)

Valid Canadian passport required for U.S. port cruises

Reliability and professionalism are essential

Smart Serve certification is mandatory for bar roles

The Empire Sandy sails to U.S. ports for extended cruises during the summer.
If you're available to travel and work at sea, we'd love to hear from you.
Work based in Toronto is also available for those without U.S. travel eligibility.
