I am looking to split an apartment to a CLEAN, respectful individual.
UNFURNISHED large room for you & free use of the rest of the apartment.
$960-$1060/month (essentially a 50/50 split).
Move-in date October 1 (Wednesday).
1 month deposit to secure the room, immediately obtain a key and contract with me. Last months rent on move in day. NO EXCEPTIONS

Up to ONE well behaved pet is fine (no reptiles), as I will not have any (the current roommate owns 2, they will be leaving with him).

All rooms (except mine and laundry room) will be completely; patched, repainted and cleaned (from roof to floorboards) BY ME. Kitchen and Washroom shared.

Furniture in pictures is mostly the current roommate's and will be gone.
Internet included.
Parking space for TWO cars.
Utilities included.
Pet friendly backyard (though it is small)
Space in outdoor shed available, as well as plenty of indoor storage.
5-minute walk to bus stop, with stores nearby.
Kitchen appliances will be mostly supplied, as well as a washer/dryer unit. Discuss further for specifics.

Brief Note about ME: I am a 32-year-old law school graduate, currently working trades (painting/masonry/lumber), gamer and general homebody.

I very much enjoy a clean space (it's been hard with the current two dogs) and want someone who will treat this place nicely once its cleaned. It's a rental but it is still where we live. I've rented plenty of rooms and am familiar with living and respecting someone's space. I am not unreasonably uptight about most stuff, but I will not tolerate dirty living habits.
