1953 Gibson LG3, has tone and mojo for days. Contains the wear you'd expect out of a guitar from 1953, however it is in fantastic shape for its age and an excellent player. The guitar is nearly all original (minus tuner buttons, bridge pins and the hardshell case). Guitar is crack free and the frets are in excellent condition.
Sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides, Brazilian Rosewood fretboard and bridge, X bracing.
The LG3 were the top line small bodied guitar of the time using their best materials; built in the old Kalamazoo factory. Serial number X49****. Fantastic player and a piece of history
