Price is firm and for the set. Both are in like new condition. I have one extra cushion that I will throw in for free in case you damage one over the years. Both are real nice to sit on. Clean and well kept. Comes from a smoke free home. Measurements are 25.75" wide, 30" deep, 14.5" tall to top of cushion, 25" tall to top of back and 29.5" tall to top of back cushion.
