Fixing/tightening chain on dirt bike

Description

I have a 150CC dirt bike and the chain is loose. I just got it for my son but don't know much about the bikes. I am willing to pay someone $50 to come and fix and tighten the chain. If i may also ask just to have a general check on the bike as well.
