The appartement is a small 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with balcony and elevator.
Situated on the 5th floor with great city views and a lot of sunlight.
The only catch is that the appartement has 3 Guinea pigs who needs some company for a couple of months. And cleaning sometimes. The rent will be discounted for that.
Also we have a lot of furniture you can buy from us including Smart TV, AC, Bed, Mattress, Chairs, Coffee Table, Storage etc.
We are looking for someone who loves pets and especially baby Guinea pigs. Remember they are only here for a couple of months. After their owner will come and get them.
Short or long term both are possible.
Everything is included in the rent. Heating, electricity, hot water, maintenance. Internet excluded. But interest is installed currently and costs around $80/month.
