We're a trusted construction company with 30 years of success, seeking a top-performing Sales Representative who knows how to build trust with homeowners - and turn it into revenue.

2. THE ROLE
100% Sales. 0% Physical Labor.
Your focus: Sell residential construction services to homeowners actively seeking improvements.
3. WHAT YOU'LL SELL:
• FENCES & DECKS (core focus)
• Interior renovations: Bathrooms, Kitchens, Basements
Your mission: Identify issues (rotting decks, failing fences, outdated spaces), build trust, and close the deal.
4. YOUR SALES TERRITORY
Toronto and Northern/Northeastern GTA suburbs — busy markets with active homeowners.
5. WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for a confident, independent professional with:
• 5 years' experience in residential construction sales
• Sharp eye for property issues and renovation potential
• Excellent communication and trust-building skills with homeowners
• A self-managed mindset—you set your own schedule and hit your own goals
• Must-haves: Vehicle, laptop, smartphone
• Fluent English, Canadian citizen, and 5 years in GTA (local knowledge is a must)
6. COMPENSATION
Commission-based with realistic OTE of $7,000 /month
Minimum target: $100,000 in monthly sales
Your earnings are in your hands.
