Forming Foreman – Residential Foundations

We are currently seeking an experienced Forming Foreman for residential foundation projects.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and install concrete forms accurately
• Find square and establish wall layout
• Determine and verify wall heights
• Build brick ledges and window/door openings as per plans
• Oversee and lead a forming crew to ensure quality and efficiency

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential concrete forming
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and layout
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Compensation:
• Starting at $45 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
