Have to clear some guitars. This one looks, plays and sounds great. Has the famed Presys electric/acoustic system built in complete with tuner which is a must for a 12 string! Canadian Maple Leaf design around the sound hole. Beautiful looking flamed maple throughout including the neck. Only damage I can see is one small nick on the front that I have tried to capture in the picture. Never gigged. Always properly humidified in my home studio. See my other listings.
