By the end of the summer we are gonna be replacing our furnace and hot water tank. Putting this up for sale otherwise we will be scrapping them to avoid having to store them.
If you want them or just one of them then the water tank will be 100$ and the furnace 400$. We don't have an exact date of when we will replace them but we can keep in contact and set a date when relevant.
