This is for when needed. You are a studious, quiet, non-smoking male student (17 to 22 years old) who will help keep our home clean and tidy. The price is $850 shared or $1,200 private, and includes three good meals a day Monday to Friday, and brunch and dinner on weekends and holidays. You supply your beverages, desserts, and snacks. Central AC/Heat, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included, as are all cleaning supplies, bedding, and towels. The extra-large main room, if you do not take it as a private room, you will then share it with another male student of your age. There can be floor-to-ceiling room dividers if you wish; these dividers will give you the feeling of having your own room. This place is near Yonge and College, with the subway steps away.
Living here will be you, and if you prefer to share your room, there will be another male student, and me, a caring retired senior male. I sleep in the master bedroom. You need nothing except your clothes and personal hygiene products.
Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
