This window will fit a clear opening of no less than 24” x 591/2” and is intended for a 2”x 6” wall. The nailing strip, around the perimeter, is in good shape. The seal is also in good shape and therefore there is no indication of moisture between the glass panels.
We had a new window installed that can be opened so we do not require this one.
