Rent includes garbage, water, plowing and sewer. Tenant pays heat and hydro - electric. Also has central air conditioning throughout the entire home. Large new deck and yard. Has storage shed as well. We are on a well system that is monitored by Ministry of Environment with weekly testings. No fires allowed on site. Non smoking families only. New paint and new living room floor just completed. Do NOT ask if this is still available as it will be removed when it is rented out. Serious inquires only. We do a telephone review first.
