Je quitte définitivement mon appartement à la fin du mois de mai et je cherche une personne pour sous-louer ma chambre pour les mois de juin, juillet et août. Tu partageras ce 4 ½ chaleureux et bien situé avec ma coloc, une personne douce, attentionnée, féministe, qui travaille dans le milieu de la recherche et du communautaire — et Stella, sa chatte adorable, qui aura besoin de câlins et de compagnie pendant ton séjour.

️ La chambre est meublée avec un lit queen, une penderie, et il est possible d'ajouter un bureau si besoin.
Le loyer de 780$ par mois inclut tout : internet, électricité, chauffage, assurance.
Le salon est spacieux, lumineux et équipé d'un vidéoprojecteur, de nombreuses bibliothèques et de jeux de société.
L'ambiance est calme et respectueuse. Idéal pour quelqu'un·e de posé·e, propre, et habitué·e à la vie en colocation.

Important : c'est ma coloc qui choisira la personne, car le bon feeling est essentiel, autant pour elle que pour Stella. Si tu aimes les chats et que tu sais vivre en colocation avec bienveillance et communication, tu pars déjà avec une longueur d'avance.
