I have a used tan microfiber sofa and chair for sale for $250 or best offer. The sofa set is clean and still very comfortable. It's from a smoke free home and has been thoroughly vacuumed and steam cleaned. The seat and backrest cushion covers are removable and have just been laundered. The sofa has some sun damage on the back (see pictures) from being in front of a window but overall the sofa set is still in good condition.

The dimensions of the sofa are 90“ wide x 36“ deep x 32“ high. The dimensions of the chair are 42“ wide x 36“ deep x 32“ high.
