Job Title: Dough Sheeter Reversible Countertop Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor a reversible countertop dough sheeter machine according to safety and production standards
- Set machine thickness and speed to achieve desired dough consistency and size
Feed dough into the machine, adjust rollers, and reverse sheeting direction as needed
- Inspect dough for consistency, smoothness, and evenness
- Clean and maintain the dough sheeter before and after use
- Assist with general bakery production tasks as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a dough sheeter or similar bakery machinery is preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Team player with good communication skills
