Main duties and responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of the bar, cafeteria.
Prepare employee schedules, assign duties, and regularly evaluate staff productivity and effectiveness.
Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring all team members are equipped to meet performance and service standards.
Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Define service offerings and establish standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Maintain inventory levels, track sales and revenue performance, and adjust pricing or procedures as needed to improve profitability.
Coordinate with vendors to secure food, beverages, and other necessary supplies at competitive terms.
Arrange and manage special events or catering services in collaboration with clients, including banquets, receptions, and private functions.
