This food dehydrator is excellent for meat, fruits and vegetable dehydration. It comes with two books to guide you through the process along with several recipes. There are 20 stackable trays which are easy to keep clean as they only require a wipe down with soap and water
This unit also comes with plenty of sheets for when you prepare fruit leather. The sheets prevent the fruit juice from leaking down into the other trays and also helps prevent the fruit leather from sticking to the trays.
