Bookkeeper & Office Administrator

Description

We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to manage bookkeeping and daily office operations, including:

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and data entry

Payroll processing

Managing incoming/outgoing emails

Maintaining employee and vendor records

Invoicing and tracking payments

General office duties and support

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage time and tasks independently
