The console will display continuous exercise feedback. You can measure your heart rate using the hand-grip pulse sensor. It also has 16 preset workouts – 6 calorie workouts and ten performance workouts. Each preset workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session. The console can display speed and distance in either miles or kilometres. It can be folded to move or store. User manuals in English and French included. About 12 years old but lightly used.
