This is an excellent opportunity to learn hands-on skills in window and door installation, including aluminum capping and finishing techniques.

You'll be working across the Niagara Region, gaining practical experience and developing a valuable trade under the guidance of skilled installers. We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and interested in growing within a company that values craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation of residential windows and doors
• Learn and perform construction tasks including aluminum capping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate respectfully with clients and team members
• Follow instructions and take initiative as skills progress

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
• Punctual, polite, and professional
• Prior experience is an asset, but not required — we'll train the right person
