An Original WW2 RAF/RCAF Named ID Numbered Leather Type C Helmet & type G Oxygen Mask, named and service number to a Canadian H.S. Hawrys and service number
R??5436, first 2 digits very faint. RAF type C leather helmet and type G oxygen mask, type G introduced in 1942 and then then replaced by type H in 1944, hose is still supple and rubber mask is in good condition. Leather helmet has had a few repairs, for-head felt needs stitching, someone removed the earpieces and cord, wasn't very careful, one snap is also missing, all problems are shown in pictures. For its age and use relatively in good condition.
