Large bright furnished room available June 1st. This is a quiet place and I'm looking to rent to someone who is also quiet and responsible. Must be working and/or going to school. MUST be tidy as this is shared accommodation therefore common areas must be clean after each use. The room is on the top floor in a 3 level, 3 bedroom townhouse with 2.5 baths. Washer and dryer are upstairs, there is a small deck off the front, a patio out the back, wireless internet, and off street parking for 1 vehicle. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, small desk, chair, dresser, and couch. The kitchen is an excellent size. The house and kitchen are fully furnished, clean, and centrally located (only half a block from the hospital) on a bus route. Walking distance to groceries, drug store, coffee shops, gyms, and all other necessities. Utilities included. Currently myself (female, early 40's) and one other tenant downstairs, male early 40's. We both work full-time. There is a medium sized dog here and I am not open to having any other pets in the home, no exceptions. The rent is set for single occupancy, not double, or any extra bodies. No smoking, no partying. DD, references, and proof of income required.
