Duties and responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce custom wood components according to detailed drawings and specifications
Collaborate with our CAD and custom bench teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (experience with woodworking plans preferred)
Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Ensure all parts meet quality standards before moving them into assembly
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols
Participate in continuous improvement and production efficiency discussions
Abilities and skills required:

2 years of CNC operating experience, ideally in a woodworking or custom millwork setting
Experience with woodworking machinery and tooling is a strong asset
Strong attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical plans
Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn new tools and processes
Familiarity with cabinet or furniture manufacturing is an advantage
Team-oriented attitude with a desire to be part of a highly skilled, collaborative team
