We have a spacious room for rent in a 3 bedroom unit, the unit has 1 bathroom which is shared between you and the other two residents (two women). This room is for FEMALE ONLY.

There is no living area but there is a clean kitchenette that you're welcome to use. The room is not furnished.

$800 per month, must pay first and last deposit. Preferably a student or young working professional. We are looking for someone clean, responsible, and mostly keeps to themselves. And no guests are allowed. Please don't bring your boyfriend over.
