This is a 37 ft rv with
2 sides that slide out to give you more living space while parked .It has a great working and quiet Ford V-10 with only 59,000 km on it ,Have got wheel covers for each wheel as well as a cover to cover the outside of the entire rv to use when storing to keep dust off etc.It also has a privacy screen that attaches to awning outside .Everything works and looks great .There are 2 roof AC units and 2 furnaces that all work great ,we installed air bags all around for a smoother ride .Two new television sets and microwave recently installed as well as new blinds throughout the Rv ,Asking $31500 and it's a 2004 .Please contact with any questions or to set up a time to view the Rv.
