Salt water spray testing machine is for various materials surface treatment, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic skin film, anodic treatment, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment to test its corrosion resistance, so as to establish the quality of products.
All materials:
1. Laboratory of imported PVC board, thickness of 5 mm, durable temperature at 85 Degrees Centigrade.
2. The seal cover of the laboratory is made of imported European acrylic plate with a thickness of 5mm.
3. The refill bottle adopts hidden type water level gauge, which is easy to clean and not easy to break.
4. The pressure air tank is sust304 stainless steel and high pressure resistant tank with excellent thermal insulation performance.
5. The basket of the laboratory adopts a plane dividing frame, which can be adjusted at any Angle. The fog falling on all sides and being affected by fog are exactly the same, and the number of test pieces is large.

Spray method: continuous

Features:
1. All equipment needed in the test: Spray nozzle, salt water barrel, test piece support, spray liquid collection container, test chamber, salt water, supply tank, pressure tank, supply equipment and exhaust equipment required for compressed air, the device is shown in Fig, and test as followed.
2. Blunt material is required, it is required that the material itself cannot be corroded, and it can not affect the corrosion test.
3. The fog nozzle cannot spray the test liquid directly to the sample, the solution at the top of the spraying chamber cannot drop on the test piece.
4. The test liquid dropped from test piece cannot flow back to the salt bucket again for the test.
5. The solution should not contain grease and dust, so you have to prepare an air cleaner.
6. The level area of the spray taking device is 80 cm2, the diameter is about 10 cm. Put the spray taking device beside the test piece.
7. Spray liquid should be collected at least 16 hours,  an average per hour can be collected 2ml to 1ml solution. Use the final average to represent the amount of spray.
8. The concentration of the Sodium Chloride Solution should be maintained at 40~60g/L.
9. The temperature of the pressure barrel should be kept in 47 1 degree,  temperature of the brine barrel should be kept in 35 1 degree.

Spray method:
1. Adopting bernoute principle to absorb brine and then atomize, the degree of atomization is even, no blocking phenomenon of crystallization, can ensure the standard of continuous test.
2. Nozzles: made of special glass nozzles, the size of the spray can be adjusted.
3. Spray flow rate adjustment 1-2m1 (m1/8ocm'/nh) (16-hour average)
4. Spray mode: continuous type
5. Adopt the direct heating method, the heating speed is fast to reduce the standby time, when the temperature reaches ON. OFF switching, accurate temperature, less power consumption.(heating tube is made of high corrosion resistance heating system: titanium tube).
