The available room is one of three rooms in a three-bedroom basement apartment. The other two rooms are occupied by two Indian vegetarian individuals. The room is available from April 1st. The kitchen has a full stove, fridge, microwave. The washroom has a standing shower. Kitchen and washroom will be shared with the other tenants. There is an in-unit laundry machine available for use once a week.
The entire basement apartment was recently renovated so everything is brand new condition. We are looking for someone that is quiet, respectful, and well-mannered. Suitable for couple as well. Must be able to co-operate with the other tenants. Must have 2 valid pieces of ID, proof of income, reference of previous landlord and proof of credit score.
