Pay rate $21-23 depending upon experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications
2. Load plastic pellets or raw materials into hoppers
3. Monitor machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and speed
4. Inspect extruded plastic products for defects, size, and quality
5. Make machine adjustments to correct product issues
6. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine problems
7. Document production data such as output, defects, and downtime
8. Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean
