Looking for a natural way to ease post-exercise discomfort? We are seeking healthy adults between the ages of 18-55 years old to participate in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the safety of two kratom formulations on muscle recovery after an exercise challenge compared to placebo.
Requirements:
- BMI between 18.0-34.9kg/m2
- Generally healthy and not using prescription medications
- Non-smoker (including nicotine vaping) or ex-smoker for >3 months
- Comfortable with multiple blood draws
- Willing to comply with study restrictions (e.g., avoiding certain products)
- 7 visits to our clinic in Guelph, ON 1 remote electronic questionnaire
