The box is a bit Crinkled from a move but everything inside is complete and in perfect New Condition and nothing is missing! It's ready to install and haul the bikes off camping or to your favourite bike trails.

Selling because I also have a Hitch mount 4 bike rack that I use so I did not see the need to start using this one although at one time I did with my Ford Escape. But since its on its last leg... I am selling this Allen rack.
