My house has two rooms available for sublease from mid-May to June 1st or August 31st, with the possibility of staying and starting a new lease.


The house:
Features amazing water views, a lovely garden and deck, ample natural light, and spacious common areas. We're right by Jericho Park and a short walk from the beach. It is a five minute walk away from the 4, 44, and 84 bus lines. It's very convenient for grad students with it taking only 10-15 minutes to get to UBC. You can get downtown in around half an hour. The rent for the rooms would be $1350 or $1570 utilities per month depending on each room. Both the rooms could come with a bed and desk if desired. Other things: We have in house laundry, a garage used for storage, and there's a lot of street parking and a driveway in the back. Unfortunately no pets allowed:(


The household:
All of us are queer and trans and ages 25-30. During the sublease, three of the roommates will be there (it is a five-person house). They want to maintain relatively clean common spaces and take collective responsibility for household chores.
