Privately owned Villa situated on the beach with a huge oceanside pool. Gran Pacifico boasts tennis/pickle bar courts, a basketball court, a recreation area with ping pong table and foozeball. From Thursday until Sunday enjoy a swim-up bar and selection of food. The Villa can be reached via elevators. Once in the villa you will find a kitchen/laundry, half bath, dining and living area with a small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or simply enjoy the view if the pool and ocean. The first set of stairs leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms-each with a king sized bed and ensuite 3 piece bath. The 3rd floor has two flip out sofas and a 4 piece bath. Here is where the largest deck is located and where you can choose to sit at the table for 4 or in the reclining lawn chairs and take in the fantastic views, and enjoy your favorite beverage. The pool area has an ice dispenser should you choose to bring your own self provided drinks and food poolside. (No glass or breakable dishes allowed). The building is ideally located next to a modern mall, many restaurants, casinos and grocery store within a short distance not exceeding 10 minutes, therefore no need to rent a car.
Rental is $120 per night with a 1 week minimal rental period. Special longer term rates.
