Looking to hire a skilled laborer for deck, fence and backyard improvement projects.
Previous experience in construction/carpentry is a must. You need to be comfortable with using all power tools and small engine equipment. Need to know how to measure, cut and install wood within 1/8". Some work is physically demanding or can get dirty when pouring concrete, excavating etc.
This is not for you if you:
-check your phone other then your break
-are constantly late.
-argue with someone how to perform a task that was assigned to you.
-coming in with smell of weed or alcohol.

The pay is 20$ cash, If you want more you need to be on time, show your skills and earn it. If you have problem solving skills and can perform work without supervision it will help to get better rate. If you can install finished decking and railings products you can be considered at 25$.

Work can be all around GTA but mostly Toronto.
