• Ensure compliance with Baton Rouge standards;
• Respect budgets
• Ensure control of deposits and petty cash;
• Place or approve orders;
• Handle customer complaints;
• Be present in departments during peak hours;
• Maintain a collaborative environment by communicating effectively and facilitating meetings with employees;
• Implement promotional activities;
• Ensure the training of new employees and the development of existing employees;
• Maintaining manual updates;
• Ensuring compliance with the employee handbook, company regulations, labor laws, and occupational health and safety standards;
• Implementing equipment preventative maintenance programs;
• Establishing staff work needs or schedules;
• Recruiting and hiring staff;
• Evaluating staff;
• Performing any other tasks requested by the franchisee.
