This basement with a separate entrance has two spacious rooms (each room has 2 beds with mattresses, 2 tables & chairs, a closet, and a luggage room), a full washroom, and a spacious kitchen with new appliances (stove, fridge, microwave), as well as a dining table and chairs. Washer and dryer are also available in the basement.

Facilities:
• Less than 1-minute walk to the bus stop with easy access to several community colleges, including Seneca, Centennial, Lambton, Northern, Canadore, Alpha, Hanson, and many more.
• Frequent buses to Scarborough Town Centre, Finch Station, and Kennedy Station.
• Nearby Walmart, No Frills, medical stores, and various Asian grocery stores and restaurants.
• Two beautiful parks within a 2-minute walk on both sides of the house.
• No parking available.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking, no alcohol, or any related activities.
