Hello everyone. I am a third-year student in the compressed nursing program and there is a room available in my house for rent if anyone is interested. My parents own a townhouse that is close to the Water St and Woodland Dr intersection. It is seven years old. Me and three other compressed nursing students have been living here since Sept 2023 but we will all be moving out now to start our consolidation placements.
The townhouse has three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom in a basement apartment, but all four students will be sharing the kitchen. Two rooms upstairs and the basement apartment have already been rented by three girls, but there is one bedroom upstairs still available that is going to be rented for $775/month all-inclusive of utilities and Internet. The person renting the available room will have a shared bathroom with one person. There are four parking spaces available, and the house is 25 minutes walking distance to Bata Library via Woodland Dr. The lease for this room will be June 1st-April 30th.
