Everything works as it should- 3 way fridge, furnace, awning, electric brakes, led lights, roof crank, etc. No mold, leaks or rips in canvas. Added a jack with a wheel to move around inside my garage. Comes with 2 tables, has a cooler and a small couch, a stove that can be used inside or outside. Never cooked inside or used the water tank. Will include a battery (good for a season or 2), 4 trailer jacks, some spare parts laying around the garage. Weighs 1630 lbs unloaded end measures slightly over 14 feet folded and about 21 when open. When we bought it I replaced the leaf springs, brakes, tires, removed the flaking decals and repainted the box and roof. There is a minor hail damage on the roof from before as I always have stored it in my garage. Have the original manuals as well and can provide more details in person.
