Hello, I have a room for rent in the upper level of a home in Rutland. This place has a huge fenced yard, above ground pool, large covered deck, trampoline, fruit trees, ample parking. Looking for someone who is either a student, or is employed full time, non smoker, vaping and 420 friendly is fine but not inside. Must be good with medium/large sized dogs as I have 2 XL Bully's that are awesome! I don't want any other dogs though and DEF no cats! I'm a single female in my early 40s who works full time. You MUST be very clean, proof of employment, and provide references.
The bedroom is empty and its your space so set it up any way you want! NO COUPLES.
The room is available from the 30th of April, and I am asking $1000 including all utilities. Damage deposit is half months rent. The location is on Dudgeon St in Rutland, just a block from Highway 33, so super close to shopping, restaurants and bus route.
