We are looking for a reliable trustworthy person to do move in or move out inspections for the tenants at the rental property. Job on a casual basis. Each meet with tenants will be scheduled at your convenient schedule and takes less than an hour. The payment for each move in or move out inspection is $40

Street, Lloydminster, Alberta.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Print out forms received from the rental property owner.
Meet with tenants (hours are flexible, arranged in satisfaction to both sides)
Do the walk through with new tenants or existing tenants. Write the necessary notes in the forms and sign them. Take pictures of any issues in the rental property.
Provide new tenants with keys or collect keys from the moving out tenants.
Scan filled out and signed forms and email to the property owner along with taken pictures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the described job
Having a printer/scanner at home
