Things to note on living conditions:
- NOT noisy but can be a night owl. If you are super strict to noises in the night this may not be for you. On the other hand, I am not a person bothered by noise at all so hopefully that is a huge plus to you
- There is a VERY chill, friendly, and non-aggressive cat in the apartment. Warning he is adorable. So, if you have a pet (preferably a Cat) they are more than welcomed.
